Customer service was great in person. However, the website is not user friendly and the phone service is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company. My phone call was transferred at least 6 times to the "appropriate department" only to have it transferred again and again. Each operator would only respond with their name only and not state their department. I would have to constantly repeat my information and explain my situation, only to have it transferred again. I finally hung up in frustration. I will be closing my account now. I'm sure my next phone call will transferred ten times.
