After several bad experiences with other dentists, it was very hard to put trust in someone new (again)! The staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in & the visit was the best I've ever experienced! Dr Kaiser did not rush through my exam, but rather he patiently listened to my concerns (& fears) & was very understanding. Second appointment was like visiting old friends & 2 fillings later I was amazed at how painless & easy it was! That was certainly a new feeling leaving a dental office!
This is the tone of everyone there; patience, kindness, understanding & a true desire to make your experience with them the very best it can be! And mine most certainly was.
Oh my goodness, so grateful to have found this amazing group of professionals!
