Urban Bricks Pizza at 1512 Texas Avenue South Ste. 100, College Station, Texas.

What could have been a disaster turned into a really great experience!

We were down for Family Weekend so every place was packed with hungry families. After being turned away from several locations because they were too full my son suggested Urban Bricks. When we walked in, the line was a little long but we decided to stay. The atmosphere was nice and bright and everything looked clean. The staff were all crazy busy trying to take care of customers. We were waiting in line, which had been moving pretty quickly until a particularly difficult woman began to make things difficult. This held the flow of customers through the line for almost 20 minutes causing a huge back-up. It didn't take long before every started to get frustrated. But the manager stepped up and offered everyone over the age of 21 a free beer and all the minors free gelato, which was a very nice concession for the wait.

The very difficult lady finally moved through the line, and the employees that served us were all very helpful and fast. They had us through the line and seated in no time. Our pizzas were ready in just a few minutes, which considering the amount of business they were doing was a surprise! Our pizzas looked and tasted great! My wife's pizza was just a little bit doughy towards the center, but the flavor was great.

In spite of everything that happened, the long wait, and the issue with one of our pizzas, I would still rate this location as 5 stars just because of the employees' sensitivity to the customers' needs, the amazing food quality, and just the overall experience! Great job Urban Bricks! I can't wait to go back to CS so I can stop by again!
